Description

I downloaded the daily chirp this morning, installed it, and tried to read from the Wouxun KG-UV8D and nothing happens.Chirp will not read the radio. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit. All I get is the blank Chirp opening screen.

We'll need some more info, please see How_To_Report_Issues and be sure to include a debug log.
