Description

the stock configs for Marine VHF radios are not ordered by channel, which makes it quite inconvenient to load. they are sorted by frequency instead.

It would appear that this patch file contains a mix of CRLF and LF line terminators. It would also appear that the patch file also shifts the locations of the rows from 0 through 59 to 1 through 60. This stuff is easy enough to fix alors tout est bien.
