Description

on top of #1997 and #1995, the presets for the Marine VHF do not seem to match with the channels defined in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marine_VHF_radio or http://www.navcen.uscg.gov/?pageName=mtVhf

i'll work on fixing those channels.

actually, it seems the presets are for the UK. maybe two presets should be created? in any case i'll work on a US preset...

here's a patch that will create a marine preset for the US and rename the existing one to UK. this probably depends on #1995 but i'm not familiar enough with hg to tell.

i also attach the actual US file. i have also attached here a Libreoffice ODS file to easily copy-paste and maintain that file from the source at http://www.navcen.uscg.gov/?pageName=mtVhf - would that be relevant in the repo?

the US file removes the weird presets mentionned in #1997 but not from the UK file.
