It is not corrupt. I downloaded the installer on the day it was released and upgraded 3 computers. I just downloaded again today and the files are absolutely identical.
This would appear to be a false positive from your anti-virus software. I would suggest that you either shut off your anti-virus software during download/installation or switch to a different anti-virus software.

I had Virus Total scan the file. It uses 88 different engines and none of them show the ZIP as being malicious.

As Jim said, you can disable the A/V software temporarily or even try the installer (chirp-daily-20220823-installer.exe)
Which anti virus program are you using?

Windows Defender. Turned off Anti Virus, downloaded Chirp and installed. No problems.
Thank you for you help. Sorry for the inconvenience.
