closedflatpak and .gz no go on Debian Bullseye

Description
Running Debian Bullseye and would like to be able to use chirp to program my RT-95.
Tried the flatpak and then the .gz below are the errors I got.

Hi Dale,
I'm not familiar with that alexlarsson repo but the wiki page is updated with installation instructions at https://chirp.danplanet.com/projects/chirp/wiki/Running_Under_Linux#Installing-the-flatpak
In a nutshell, you'll need to install the official flatpak runtime before you install the *.flatpak file published in the downloads section.

Thanks, it did help. I must of found old instructions that did not work. The link above did work.
