Description

Trying to connect to the radio using PC04 FTDI on Mac OS (14.4.1 (23E224)

Down the image of the radio so I could update and upload to the UV-25x4

Got an error messsage that it can connect “Data from radio not as expected”

From examining the debug.log file it would appear that you are selecting the wrong Vendor/Model.

For an original UV-25X4 you would choose:

Vendor: BTECH
Model: UV-25X4

For the newer/latest GEN2 models you would choose:

Vendor: BTECH
Model: UV-25X4_G2
