When "Show Raw Memory" is chosen for a memory location, a different memory location is displayed. For example: bank 1 number 5 is displayed for "Raw memory 5".

The IC-7000 is an Icom CI-V radio with bank support.

[IC-7000] Fix Show Raw Memory #3127

Method “get_raw_memory” was overlooked when bank support was added to the IC-7000 (an Icom CI-V radio). This patch corrects that oversight.
