Description

I have been using CHIRP in Windows 10 for a few weeks. Today, CHIRP would not open. The only difference I could discover was that, during the early morning hours, Microsoft updates were installed. Specifically, the updates were under the heading 'Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010'. Nearly a hundred of them. I have tried removing and reinstalling CHIRP. That part seemed to work normally, however, CHIRP still will not open. Currently, I am deleting (one by one) all of the updates that were installed by Microsoft this morning.
If anyone is experiencing the same thing, please advise. I would like to know what others have tried doing, wether the action(s) have resulted in success or failure. If I may provide more information specific to my computer hardware, software, or otherwise, to aid in the resolution of this issue, please don't hesitate to ask.
