Description
This may be an operator problem, not a programming problem.
I have a new IC-U82 Icom handheld with UT-118 installed. Using a OPC-478 lookalike cable.
I'm trying to clone the radio, and, I can't get CHIRP to read anything from the radio. It says "Unable to probe Radio Band"
Simple Questions, Do I put the radio in Clone Mode ? I've tried clone mode, and in normal mode. Do I need to set Radio Baud Rate Somewhere ? Do I need to disable anything like Data or the GPS functions ?
I'm using the 20121005 daily on Windows. (Tried a Mac version also)
