Description

Hi,i started to use chirp recently, and im trying to figure out what's going on with it, because i just can't start it.

I installed the program using admin rights (had done it before without the admin rights, to no avail), all went well, but when i execute the app through the icon only an info window(see attached screenshot) shows up and when i press ok, chirp doesn't continue, it shuts down. This happens all the time i try to start the program. I have the latest daily version "chirp-daily-20170115-installer.exe 15-Jan-2017 00:15".

I went to the "chirp.config" file location, "%APPDATA%\CHIRP", but it doesnt exist.
I tried executing it in compatibility mode for the several os's and always the same problem occured.
I uninstalled and installed it again and it didnt solve the problem.

I was told that chirp has a problem with special characters. My name Octávio and therefore chirp doesnt start in my account. I tried with my daughter's account and it works perfectly, so there is really an issue with special characters.
