<ul></ul><p>Discovered the problem. For some reason the program window always opens by default on the secondary display that I often have turned off. This also explains the greyed out menu bar. Programs with windows only open on other displays show grey but usable menu bars on the displays that don't have active windows. So the problem is fixed.</p>
<p>Perhaps Chirp can be updated to start by default on the #1 display to avoid this issue in the future?</p>
