<ul></ul><p>This does not appear to be fixed yet. I noticed no receive when programming KG-UV8D. If I go to R-CTC in the radio menu and just look at the status of the freq. "OFF" and then exit the menu it works. However doing that for a lot of memory freq, can be a pain. When I down load the radio into the Wouxun supplied programming software the receive and transmit CTC columns are filled with and assortment of characters. The string begins with DN followed by 4 or 5 numbers or just a string of numbers. Changing those characters to NONE from the receive ctc pull down menu and uploading to the radio resolves the issue. However, the transmit ctc column will either change from what's described in the rec ctc column to a ctc tone designation such as 88.5, 107.9, etc. or will remain unchanged but the radio still functions.</p>
