Chirp does have DCS but only for transmit. The FT-60 supports DCS Decode on Receive however there is no way to program it in Chirp. Unless the DTCS setting in Chirp in Transmit and Receive both, but normally they are separate just like regular Tone Squelch.

Status changed from Feedback to Resolved

Assignee deleted (<del>Kosta A.</del>)

My understanding of the FT-60r is that this radio supports a DCS Encoder/Decoder with the ability to set a single DCS Code per memory. Setting the DCS Code is thus applied to both Tx and Rx for this particular model of HT.

There does not appear to be any method in which to separate the DCS Code between Tx and Rx; this is not supported by any documention in the User Manual or any feature of FT-60 Commander; if you have information to the contrary or can upload an image file which demonstrates the ERROR please do so, at which time we can reopen this issue.
