CHIRP

I am not able to program two Radioditiy UV5Rx3 tri band radios in 1.25m band any 2xx mhz frequency entered in CHIRP results in frequency out of range error box. It will read in from the radio with any preprogrammed 1.25 or programmed from the keypad frequency will show when read the radio but if attempt to give that memory channel an alpha name, same frequency out of range box opens. This happens if use the UV5R or UV5x from the pull down. Will read and write to the radio just will not let me program any 1.25m frequency using CHIRP. I also tried the BETCH UV5x3 radio option just in case that might work but will not read or write as one would expect.
