Just thought I'd let you guys know that I have a QYT KT-980 PLUS gen 2 model radio and have been successfully programming it for MONTHS now with Chirp using the "QYT KT8900D" model programming selection with zero issues or errors whatsoever, dunno if you wanted to add it to your supported models list!

For the KT 980 plus I've been finding the latest version of Chirp will no longer work with radio reference the last version I've found that works is 20190412 which can be found here https://trac.chirp.danplanet.com/chirp_daily/daily-20190412/

Thanks for the feedback, we've edited the Wiki main page to reflect what you found.
As for the RadioReference problem: you should open a new ticket for that after checking that your problem hasn't already been reported. There are numerous tickets open about issues with the platform.
