Description
When I attempt to import a CSV file that contains splinter frequencies (12.5KHz) they cannot be selected to import. I receive the following error when I hover over the failed row:
Cannot be imported because:Tuning step 12.50 step not supported,Frequency requires 12.50kHz step

Also doesn't seem to accept any AM freqencies
