Description
I am unable to clone (either way) most of the time with the BTECH UV-25X4. I am using the BTECH PC04 FTDI Cable. I have checked with BTECH and they suggest that I create a ticket. I am using the chirp-daily-20200516-installer version.

Hi Mark,
From looking at the debug.log file, there is no communications between the radio and computer. Most likely a problem with the programming cable or how it is connected.
Are you plugging the programming cable into the correct port. The data port is the one closest to the fan.
