Description

I have been trying to add some local repeaters frequencies for the 1.25M Band onto my HT.
I have used the Radioddity UV-5RX3 setting and it will download and upload nicely.
Previous setting are not noted as errors.
When I try to cut and paste frequencies from repeater book or try to import them from repeater book I get the message in the attachment labeled triband error message.jpg.

The second attachment labled triband settings page which shows a max freq for vhf at 255 should cover the 1.23M and 2M bands nicely. What am I doing wrong.

hey Michael, if you can add some more details, it might help. Can you attach the debug.log that corresponds to the time you encountered the problem? Also, in your attached images, you clipped away a lot of the app screen image. Can you attach that? The full tab info and the debug log can help shorten the path to figuring out what happened.

Rudolph
Well I got up this morning and said to myself I will get fresh info.

While I was relatively certain what was going wrong was on my end (commonly called operator error) I didn't know what.
I still don't know whatI was doing wrong but in trying to recreate screen shots for you every thing worked fine.
I guess it is like taking your car to the mechanic because it is making noise, as soon as you get there it stops.
So you can close this bug out.
Thanks for your time,
Michael.

Michael,

You must use Vendor: Radioddity | Model: UV-5RX3 to have support for the 3rd band. The Vendor: Baofeng | Model: UV-5R selections only support the VHF and UHF band (no 220 MHz frequencies).
