when import .csv file, the "power" field not be imported correctly, all channel power set is in "low" set.

Danielle,
This is not a bug. Because the TX power level can be quite different between various radio models, the CHIRP CSV file format intentionally does not use or store the TX power level. The TX power level that will be shown in the Power fields for radio that the CSV file is being imported to will be the default TX power level for the particular driver that supports that radio. You will have to edit the Power fields to the setting to the value that you want them to be.
