Description

In the "memory" structures for most of radio models supported by the btech.py driver module, "spmute" only exposes a single bit. The "spmute" setting has 3 choices which requires 2 bits to be exposed in order for each choice to be able to be selected properly.

This affects all radio models supported by the btech.py driver module except for the QYT KT-8R (this bug was discovered during the development work while adding support for the QYT KT-8R).
