WOW - The "to Radio" for my BAOFENG BF-F8HP will not upload correctly

Description

I have not used chirp for several months now, so I downloaded the latest build an tried to upload the attached frequencies to my F8-HP.

Chirp connected to my radio and sent the image to the radio with no communications problems.

BUT when I look at my radio - the name field was OK. but ALL of the radio frequencies were set to 155.385.

All entries from position 1 to my last position 18 all were set to 155.385.

Chirp was working at one time, months ago, when I initially set up this radio.
