I read the instructions above:
Description
The program connects to the radio and downloads the channel info.
The settings tab however remains blank.
Channel info can be edited and uploaded.
Same on Windows 7 and 10.

Hi,
That's usually a out of range setting that renders the settings display invalid.
Two choices here:
Export channel data as CSV, hardware reset the radio, download from it and import the channel data.¶
Upload a radio image & debug log for inspection and fixing by one of the chirp's devs.¶
