Description
Has anyone thought of or tried installing on a Windows mobile device or pocket pc? Would be an excellent work round for those of us without access to a computer or even for on the fly programming
Updated by Tony Fuller about 2 years ago
Hi Alan,
I used to have several Windows Mobile phones (HTC Tilt was my all time favorite) and 2 Pocket PCs before Microsoft dropped that OS entirely. What access for serial port are available? I don't recall even thinking about that at the time.
I see a good amount of interest here for the Raspberry Pi mini-computer and I know they have battery and touch screen add-ons.

Not a feature request. CHIRP has no plans to run on any mobile OS.
