Description
Chirp Next, version 2023-03-03, will not allow for HAM simplex and repeater offsets to be entered into the radio. However, Retevis firmware WT_CD_RT76P _20210713, will work and the radio can be unused with expanded frequencies. Please allow to toggle writing unlocked frequencies.

Note, I downloaded from the radio, in an unlocked state, and Chirp Next could not correctly write back.
