Hi,

I can consistently reproduce a bug on the FT-65R driver for Yaesu.

Steps:
1) Create a few channels
2) Assign some channels to a few different banks
3) Send to radio
4) Banks on the radio are blank
5) Read back from radio
6) In the read back file, bank assignments are blank

CHIRP next-20230515 on Python 3.8.10 on Linux

I did not find a matching issue, so creating this new one. Let me know what I can do to help debugging.
