I have a few issues to report on the UV-9R Pro driver. I have about 50 of these radios to program, so lots of opportunity for testing. The first thing I've observed is that I cannot change the squelch settings in the service menu. When I make changes there is no apparent change in the behavior of the radio and when I download the radio after making the changes the settings are still the same as in my original download.

The second thing I've noticed is that I'm unable to program the power-on message if I use the UV-9R Pro driver, but if I use the 'plain' UV-9R driver I am able to program the power-on message.
