Description
I am using a digirig serial to USB adapter to connect a TM-D710 to my computer for programming. The digirig RTS is connected to the PTT pin and Chirp always sets RTS active which keys up the radio while downloading all the memory channels. I would like a configuration option to disable hardware handshake while communicating to the radio which will keep the radio from keying up during programming. Maybe we could set a chirp.config RTS parameter to ON or OFF so we can make RTS always on or off.
