Description
I am having a similar issue with unable to upload to my Yaesu vx-6. Message is: "Failed to communicate with the radio: Radio did not ack block 1". But more confounding - this program was just downloaded from the radio. With no changes, it won't upload the same file to the same radio.
(This radio has the MARS mod.)
I do not think it's a faulty radio, because I have another brand new vx-6 that was MARS-moded by a different vendor and CHIRP balks attempting to upload the same program to the new radio. With the same message.
