Description
Using CHIRP with the Quansheng uv-k5(8)the upload does not work.
The download works fine, while the upload doesn't change anything on the radio. At the end of the apparent upload, the radio restarts. I am using the modified firmware of IJV and originally using the factory firmware I had used the PSCPS program by entering the Password function.
