Greetings,
Hiroyasu IC-980Pro is not listed among the supported models. I wonder if Chirp can handle it by choosing a different model.... or if there is any plan to add it.
The seller (on Aliexpress) sent me a software expected to be able to communicate this model. The filename is SF-8118, screenshot attached.
