Retevis OEM programming cable:
https://www.retevis.com/original-programming-cable-for-rb48-rb648-us
Uses CH340 chipset/serial converter (VID:PID = 1A86:7523)
USB-C pinout (for programming):
CC1/CC2 = ~3.3V = power (from radio?)
D+ = TX (from PC to radio)
D- = RX (from radio to PC)
Just started trying to decode the python driver details, and it looks like:
VENDOR = "Retevis"
MODEL = "RB48Plus"
magic = b"PHOGRQX"
_fileid = [b"P32073" + b"\xF8\xFF"]

Attached is a capture from 'read' command using the RB48 Plus tool.
