Description
I have installed chirp 0.3.1, TRX is FT857. FTDI interface working ok with CAT.
can't get "Upload To Radio" active.It's greyed.
I downloaded memory from radio and it was easy.

"Upload to radio" should be available any time you have a radio img open. It's not available for formats like CSV that cannot be written directly to a radio.

Don't know how i can to use that program. I have CSV with all repeaters in my country and local channels/frequencies that i need. How can i write it to my TRX?
Could you guide me point by point?
