Description

The following seems to be missing from repeaterbook. Is this expected?
https://www.repeaterbook.com/repeaters/details.php?state_id=27&ID=12902

When I try to pull UHF for Sibley County in Minnesota I get no entries.

It looks like Chirp is ignoring that entry because it contains an invalid rx tone value (blank). RepeaterBook should insert a dummy tone value when the repeater doesn't transmit a tone.

I have worked on this problem and have solved it. This repeater, and all others with a tone listed as "CSQ" in the repeaterbook.com database now receive a default tone of 88.5.
