Description

When attempting to import a Kenwood HMK file, I get a window with an "Unknown file format" error message.

Using CHIRP daily 20130224 on Windows 7

Attached is the HMK file that I was attempting to import.

This was indeed a regression related to the recent overhaul of CSV (#533). It also affected .tpe (ARRL Travel Plus) files. The fix should appear in an upcoming daily development build.
