Description
I can change the frequency ranges in Chirp to:
VHF RX Lower Limit: 136
VHF RX Upper Limit: 174
UHF RX Lower Limit: 420
UHF RX Upper Limit: 520
VHF TX Lower Limit: 136
VHF TX Upper Limit: 174
UHF TX Lower Limit: 420
UHF TX Upper Limit: 520
When this gets uploaded to the radio I can manually enter frequency's within these ranges.
BUT in chirp I can't write frequency's outside range 144-145 and 430-439.

Found that I can enter frequencies in the Edit -> Properties within the new ranges.
But not in the Memory screen and not as Import csv

Work around:
Change the ranges in Chirp.
Upload to radio.
Save the file (.img)
Close Chirp
Open Chirp
Open .img file
Import .csv
Upload to radio
