Description

I normally use the RT-Systems programmer for my Icom IC-2100H (USA).

The Icom IC-2100H allows Hyphens in the memory names, ie "FIRE-1", but if I attempt to edit any memory value (like TX tone)on my new data read, I get the error "Error setting memory: Name character `-' not supported".

I verified this on 2 computers running Windows 7-x64 and XP-x32. CHIRP daily-20190302

Seems to be a similar issue that the IC-2820 had because the IC-2820 has ASCII characters like the IC-2820 (The issue was fixed for the IC-2820).
