Description
TH-9800 band frequency limits appear in sepia and are not editable in chirp, including the daily latest v20191221.
Band ranges had to be set using HEX editing of an img file (not in chirp) to ensure Tx ranges are within HAM allocations but then using chirp to push the modified img to the radio.
