Description
Installed the newest version of chirp and I am unable to open the properties under the Edit tab or on the table header in Windows 10 with all latest patches.

In the debug log - opened chirp, loaded saved file - clicked properties on the header, no luck. Clicked properties under edit, no luck. Closed chirp.
