Description

Was able to successfully download my Yaesu VX-8R image to Chirp but cannot remap the frequency banks. I get the error "Failed to add X to mapping: list index out of range". On upload to the VX-8R the frequency banks are also empty. Access to the radio's channels is limited to the comprehensive channel list.

I am also receiving a "list index out of range" error while trying to edit an entry for a Yaesu VX-8R too. In my case, i'm trying to edit the "Name" field on an entry that I cut and pasted from the predefined FRS/GMRS list. The error only occurs when I press the 'Enter' key to try and save the value. When I click on the next row, it saves just fine. The exact error message for me is "Invalid value for this field: list index out of range". I haven't yet learned where the debug.log file is located, or I'd paste in it too. Note that I am not trying to add any special characters. I'm just changing "GMRS1" to "FRS15 GMRS1". This, perhaps, is a totally different bug as we're doing different things. But, it is similar enough I thought I would mention it.

Well, clicking outside the field instead of pressing 'Enter' seems to work intermittently. Sometimes I get the same out of range error.
