Description
Motorola HT-1000 is a simple and strong radio, and I have lots of them. I do the programming with Boxer on the Mac for the most part, but to actually connect to the radio I have to use DOS. Having it CHIRP-able would be totally marvelous. I can provide one or more radios to test, and a bunch of files.

Do you have software and cables/rib? I might be able to take a stab at this, as I'm currently working on reverse engineering GE/Ericsson PCS radio programming sw (which is also pathetically DOS only).

After talking to a few folks outside of chirp circle (but involved in various batwing stuff) I doubt any chirp developer will ever be able to legally work on support for Moto radios due to extremely zealous army of IP lawyers.
