CHIRP

Recently (I am not sure which version of Chirp it started with), the value for the "6+Power-On Message 1" changes 190831M when settings are uploaded to the radio when the value is NOT changed in Chirp prior to uploading to the radio.

On most of the UV-5R8W radios the initial value was "180618N".
On one of the UV-5R8W radios the initial value was "141006n"
On the UV-5R Pro radios the initial value was "180618N".
On the BF-F8HP the initial value was "170718N"
On the UV-5R EX, the initial value was "151123H".

Chirp still shows the value as "180618N", but the radio displays "190831M" after uploading to the radio.

This happens with the following radios:
Multiple Baofeng UV-5R8W radios - with "Firmwware" = "Ver BFB298" & "Chirp Settings/Firmware Message 1 = HN5RV01" and "Chirp Settings/6+Pwoer-On Message 1 = 180618N"
Baofeng UV-5R (5w) radio - with "Firmwware" = "Ver BFB298" & "Chirp Settings/Firmware Message 1 = HN5RV01" and "Chirp Settings/6+Pwoer-On Message 1 = 180618N"
Multiple Baofeng UV-5R (8w) radio - with "Firmwware" = "Ver BFB298" & "Chirp Settings/Firmware Message 1 = HN5RV01" and "Chirp Settings/6+Pwoer-On Message 1 = 180618N"
UV-5REX radio - with "Firmwware" = "Ver BFB297" & "Chirp Settings/Firmware Message 1 = HN5RV01" and "Chirp Settings/6+Pwoer-On Message 1 = 180618N"
Multiple Baofeng BBF-F8HP radios - with "Firmwware" = "Ver BFB298" & "Chirp Settings/Firmware Message 1 = HN5RV01" and "Chirp Settings/6+Pwoer-On Message 1 = 180618N"
Multiple Tenway UV-5R Pro radios - with "Firmwware" = "Ver BFB298" & "Chirp Settings/Firmware Message 1 = HN5RV01" and "Chirp Settings/6+Pwoer-On Message 1 = 180618N"
