When Chirp read data from Kenwood DM-D700, the radio's 162.2 tone is read as 159.8

All right, here's the same change I made for the D7 applied to the D700. You know the drill: load the attached module and let me know if it takes care of the problem. If it does, I'll submit this for inclusion in an upcoming daily build.
P.S. Due to a change submitted by another developer, my recent D7 fix is missing from the latest daily build. We'll get this fixed ASAP, but for now note that the latest daily is missing the D7 fix. The attached module however does include the fix for both D7 and D700.

I checked both the TH-D7G and TM-D700. Chip with today's patch reads both correctly.

No, this just means it has made it into Chirp daily but still needs to be included in the next stable build.
