Description

Since a few month the ICOM IC-7000 memories cannot be written correctly enymore.
Chirp is connecting and reading memories and displaying them.

Bug 1: All 70cm repeater offsets are falling back to 0.60000MHz instead of 7.600000MHz.
Bug 2: The memories are aüüearing in chirp, can be modified (except Bug1) and are written back on the fly. Switching the unit off and on again also reads back the memories. But the memories do not appear anywhere in the IC-7000 itself. All memories seem to be empty.
Bug 3: In earlier versions of Chirp the "Special Memories" have shown the band and scan edges. These have disappeared too, even they are still shown in the device itself.

I had no time to investigate the problem in-depth, however I would like to support the analysis or contribute a fix. But I might need a helping hand for a quick-start.

Further investigation:

Bug 1: The offset is only shown wrong in the chirp table. It is not rewritten to the radio.

Bug 2: The memories do show up, it was a user-error. Station was set to Bank B, which I never used before.
