Description
Chirp doesn't show the memory number 0 for Kenwood TH-D7A(G). It starts from memory number 1 and the last memory is the number 200.
Also, trying to import memories from a CSV file, nothing is sent to the radio, even the progress counter (at the bottom of the Chirp window) incrementing. On it's memory window, Chirp keep the same memories list as before the import.
I'm running Chirp daily-20211118 version on Windows 10.
