CHIRP

When I export the radio info (csv) as downloaded from the radio:
I get some fields (headers) exactly as in CHIRP
I do not get some field names (headers) as shown in CHIRP (i.e. "Loc" vs "Location")
I get fields (headers) that are not shown in CHIRP.
I don't get some fields (headers) that are in CHIRP

What are the implications for exporting, making changes and importing the changed csv file with these discrepancies?
