Description
The above radio is what I have but this could apply to any radio.
Would it be possible to have a selection per channel or frequency to make it "receive only" on saved frequencies.
I have run into a problem where I download my database from Radio Reference and all parameters are loaded including transmit on local law enforcement and it would be nice for everyone to have an easy way to prevent this.

This is already supported. Set Duplex to "off" to inhibit tx.
To do this to multiple channels at one time, select multiple channels with Ctrl or Shift. Right-click and choose Edit. Click the checkbox next to Duplex, then select "off". Click OK and now TX is inhibited on all the selected channels.
