Description
For some fields purpose is not obvious from labels. It is a good practice to provide popup tips for fields for fields, meaning, when user mouse over filed popup jumps in to explain it's purpose, possible values etc..
This would help not having to go to Chirp site and search through wiki to find out what is some field purposed to.
