Description
After searching and finding the CI-V issue I have factory reset the radio and installed
http://downloads.d-staruk.co.uk/
the memories are populated and the radio is functional CI-V is 9600 and 88h, I couldn't find further settings documentation so factory default.
when chirp has failed to read memories a second attempt com port access denied, running as administrator the same issue
todays latest chirp and restart didn't fix.
