Description

The win32 version of the chirp application does not show the correct application icon.

The current ico which is specified to the py2exe setup, located at 'share/chirp.ico', only contains the size 48x48 and is missing the necessary resolution required by the OS to be properly utilized. As a result chirpw exe shows the default gtk application icon, instead of the supplied one.

I have attached a replacement ico, based on the original 'share/chirp.png', which provides the appropriate sizes (16x16, 48x48, 64x64, etc..) and thus is able to be utilized by the OS correctly and appears as desired.
