Description
It would seem that from as far back as 2014, many UV-5R like radios have been shipping from the factory with the band limits set to values that allows them to operate from 130.000 - 176.000 MHz. CHIRP currently only supports the programming of frequencies in the range of 136.000 - 174.000 MHz.
